CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING:
If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Due to the frequency of short notice cancellations and/or missed appointments, we reserve the right to require a non-refundable prepayment for services at the time of scheduling.

LATE POLICY:
Please call if you’re running late to your appointment. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled.

INFANT/CHILD POLICY:
Due to chemicals, sharp instruments and hot tools, children, including infants, are not allowed in the station area. Please arrange childcare.

Services at Fringe are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee promise to you. If you are not satisfied with your service, call us within seven days of your service date so we can schedule an adjustment within 14 days of your original appointment, at no charge to you. Excludes corrective color.
