Booking online

Once you’ve booked your appointment, you’ll be asked to complete a client intake form. By uploading a picture of your current hair and sending us any inspiration images, we can make sure we’re prepared to deliver the look you’re after. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to this form. Contact us if you don’t receive a confirmation.

Canceling or moving appointments

• Cancellation within 24 hours of appointment = 1/2 price of your service. No-show/Same-day cancellation = full price of your service.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can use the cancel/reschedule links in your appointment confirmation email. You can also text us (564-213-7776) to cancel/reschedule an appointment.
• You can also note if you’d like to be added to a waitlist, or anything else we should know about your appointment.

If you are running late

Please call if you’re running late to your appointment. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may need to be canceled and will be charged full price.

Types of services

Our teams are specialized — colorists only perform color services and haircuts are not included. If you’d like a cut or trim following any color service, it will need to be booked separately.

Color services

• Please come in with dry and fairly clean hair.
• Please note on the appointment if your hair takes a long time to style.
• ALL NEW COLOR CLIENTS: Please be sure to complete the client intake form after you make an appointment (link to the form in your confirmation email). When you submit the form, provide a current hair picture and a desired hair color picture. Let us know if these apply: long and/or thick hair, color transformation, color correction, previous box dye, overtone, silvers and platinums, etc. We need to make sure we will have enough time for your desired results.
• If your look is a dramatic change, please know prices are significantly higher than the base prices. Feel free to ask for a price quote when you send in your photos. We do not do artificial colors or rainbow tones.

Haircuts

• Haircuts include wash and blow dry.
• If you have long OR thick hair, please book that option.
• If you’d like a major style change, please find that option.
• If your hair is very detailed or requires extra precision, please book that option.
