Booking
We require credit card info* to book appointments. The easiest way to store your card is to book online. Otherwise, the front desk will require it upon booking.
*Card information is stored via a secure network protected by the VISA/MasterCard trusted seal. At no time does our staff or system have access to your card information when you have created your account online.
Types of services
Our teams (colorists and stylists) are specialized. This means our colorists only perform color services and not cuts or trims. If you’d like to add a cut or trim following a color service, please note it must be booked separately.
If you’re running late
Please call if you’re running late to your appointment. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may need to be canceled and will be charged full price.
Cancellation and rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Due to the frequency of short notice cancellations and/or missed appointments, we are now requiring credit card info to book appointments. Canceling your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment is subject to a fee equal to 1/2 the cost of your service. No show/missed appointments are subject to a fee equal to the full price of your service. The easiest way to store your card is to book your appointment online.
Balayage treatments
When scheduled for a balayage, please arrive with your hair freshly cleaned and dry.
Keratin treatments
When booking keratin treatments, new clients must pay a $75 non-refundable deposit that will be applied toward the cost of the service.
We require cancellations for keratin treatments to be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Regular clients canceling within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment will be asked to pay a $75 deposit before rescheduling.
Infants and children
Our infant/child policy is made with concern for the safety of your children. Please understand that our salon is not child-proof. Our work stations contain chemicals, sharp instruments and hot tools — extremely unsafe for children! As such, for your child’s safety, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon, and children are not allowed in the station areas unless they are receiving a service. If you must bring a young child into the salon, please also bring an additional caretaker to supervise your child while you are receiving your service.
If you are limited on time
We know that some of our clients have time restrictions when making appointments (e.g., getting a cut over your lunch break). Our colorists and stylists take great care with each client — unfortunately sometimes they are running behind. If you have a limited window for your appointment, please tell us when booking.
Parking in the garage
Parking is available in the PCC garage, with entrances from NE 71st Street and NE 72nd Street. Retail parking spaces are located toward the back of the garage.
Our commitment to you
We strive to provide services you’ll love, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to make it right. Just let us know within seven days of your service, and we’ll gladly schedule a follow-up appointment to address any concerns. While we typically don’t offer refunds, we’re committed to ensuring you’re happy with the results. Please note, refunds are not available for tips or treatments.
