- Your chosen appointment is only a request; it has not actually been booked yet.
- Once your appointment request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Make sure you receive a confirmation message; it may take a day to process your request. Contact us if you don’t receive a confirmation.
Canceling or moving appointments
- Cancellation within 24 hours of appointment = 1/2 price of your service. No-show/Same-day cancellation = full price of your service.
- Please text us (206.364.5500) to cancel an appointment. You may also rebook online and “note” on the appointment that you need to cancel a different one.
- You can also note if you’d like to be added to a waitlist, or anything else we should know about your appointment.
- Please come in with dry and fairly clean hair.
- Please note on the appointment if your hair takes a long time to style.
- ALL NEW COLOR CLIENTS: Please text the salon (206.364.5500) after you request an appointment. Send a current hair picture and a desired hair color picture. Let us know if these apply: long and/or thick hair, color transformation, color correction, previous box dye, overtone, silvers and platinums, etc. We need to make sure we will have enough time for your desired results.
- If your look is a dramatic change, please know prices are significantly higher than the base prices. Feel free to ask for a price quote when you send in your photos. We do not do artificial colors or rainbow tones.
- Haircuts include wash and blow dry.
- If you have long OR thick hair, please book that option.
- If you’d like a major style change, please find that option.
- If your hair is very detailed or requires extra precision, please book that option.
Booking two services
If you are booking two same-day services via online booking, you will need to book them individually. Make sure to allow adequate time for each.
